Chance Mystère, founded by London-based independent designer lixi Chen and his friend Chloe Chan, who have a nance and Fashion Man- agement background, specialises in crafting timeless leather goods of the highest quality. Their friend Jacky Do teamed the company in 2016 as Sales and Marketing Director.

The principle that the two co-founders con- ceive in the design is to integrate simplicity with abundant connotation. Unlike the usual machine-stitched leather products, Chance Mystère prefers and masters at hand-stitched leather, using saddle-stitching, a time-honoured method to produce masterpieces.
They are committed to making every single step of production precise by handcrafting prod- ucts with ne leather. Incorporating interesting trendy elements into their timeless design, they make every piece of product an art work that stands the test of time and is worth waiting for.

We thought the best way of organising this newspaper is to split into three distinctive parties that follow a logic, this logic is valid in both directions for the reader. In this rst part, you will nd PROCESS, a rst part that is fo- cused on handmade work of a craftsman Chen Baoqui. In a logical sequence, we will present a di erent brand, which also uses numerous artisanal methods done by hand, which may result to acquire a used process that requires speci c machine interaction have to provide a highly accurate result, which can not be pro- duced by man.
In this nal part, we present this new machine that makes it happened this year in 2016 in the textile industry, a robot that performs all the tasks of several technicians, through cutting the fabric to the nished product .
